DJI B2B E-Commerce Platform
Problem: Manual order processing was bottlenecking B2B sales operations and causing inventory sync delays.
Solution: Built a Turborepo monorepo powering a Next.js storefront, a headless Payload CMS, and a React Native (Expo) admin application.
Impact: Automated B2B order parsing and mitigated API abuse risks by securing 32 custom endpoints with Upstash Redis edge rate-limiting.
Patient Search App (Viva Skintech)
Problem: Critical clinical operations faced severe disruption during a complex enterprise CRM data migration.
Solution: Engineered a cross-platform Flutter application backed by Firebase Firestore to serve as a high-availability, real-time operational stop-gap.
Impact: Maintained continuous clinical patient indexing and rapid search capabilities while the centralized database migrated.
Healthcare IT Infrastructure (Viva Skintech)
Problem: The hospital required a modernized public booking system alongside a highly secure, isolated on-premise infrastructure for massive medical imaging data.
Solution: Architected an isolated 4TB on-premise Docker cluster for secure imaging storage, and deployed a public WordPress platform with a custom Google Calendar API integration.
Impact: Secured local access to 1.5TB of active patient data while fully automating external appointment scheduling.
Professional Experience

- Built a Turborepo monorepo with shared TypeScript types and Zod validation across a Next.js web application and React Native mobile app.
- Developed a headless CMS backend by tightly integrating Payload CMS into the Next.js React Server Components (RSC) runtime, mapping 24 relational PostgreSQL schemas.
- Implemented a Stripe Checkout integration featuring webhook signature verification and an active fallback to an automated B2B order parsing engine.
- Protected 32 custom API endpoints against abuse and connection-pool exhaustion using Upstash Redis Edge rate limiting.
- Built a secure internal React Native B2B dashboard, implementing hardware-level keychain encryption, biometric authentication, and OTA update capabilities.
- Directed end-to-end IT operations for a specialty hospital, managing digital infrastructure, enterprise networking, and corporate email systems.
- Engineered a cross-platform Flutter application backed by Firebase Firestore to maintain clinical operations during a high-risk CRM migration, improving search latency by 10×.
